Following is a list of some of my personal favorites of the gaming world. You may want to check them out and see if you appreciate them as well.
- Eye-Level Entertainment: I played their E.T.I. (Estimated Time to Invasion) game at Gen Con and really enjoyed it.
- Fantasy Flight Games: Their Battlestar Galactica game is a lot of fun and they’ve always been really good about making sure I get to try out their games at conventions.
- Looney Labs: These folks are a lot of fun at the conventions, and so are their games. It’s hard not to like Fluxx.
- Rio Grande Games: They make some great games and I appreciate the fact that they’ve provided free WiFi at the conventions.
- Steve Jackson Games: I enjoy the Munchkins card game, GURPS products, and their Illuminator blog.
- Twilight Creations: Their Zombies game is a lot of fun, and their other games I’ve played are fun, to.
- Catalyst Game Labs: Their Battletech games are some of my favorites.
- Privateer Press: I like their Warmachine and Hordes games, and I think their miniatures are some of the best-looking sci-fi/fantasy minis out there.
- Red Shirt Games: Their Injurius Games and Silent Death events have been some of my fondest memories of Origins and Gen Con.
- Matrix Games: Their computer wargames are some of my favorites. I always look forward to seeing their new releases.
- Shrapnel Games: The war and strategy games they produce are a lot of fun to play.
- Wargamedownloads.com: These folks were kind enough to advertise on this site during the early days, and I appreciate them for that.
- Pacific Rim Publishing: Not only do they produce some great wargames, but I’ve been really impressed with their business ethics and desire to take care of their customers.
