Warlord Games has released and re-released a number of miniatures lately, including:
They’ve also posted previews of several other miniatures.
The Games Workshop (GW) web site recently announced a number of new Warhammer releases in the Tomb Kings range. Specifically, they’re highlighting the Khemrian Warsphinx/Necrosphinx, Tomb Guard, Necropolis Knights, and Sepulchral Stalkers.
They’ve also recently released Grey Knights figures, including the Nemesis Dreadknight.
Cipher Studios announced that they have shipped the next wave of Hell Dorado releases to distribution, so they should begin showing up in game stores soon. This wave includes Great Damned One of Wrath, Blade Master Hybrid, Saurav-Geet, Blessed Warriors, Husaym al Din, and Sara Zingaresce. Photos of the assembled, painted miniatures appear on the Cipher Studios web site and the related cards are available in PDF form.
Black Orc Games has released two new 25mm square bases and two minisculpts. The first of the two bases is the brick base, which resembles a section of red brick pavement. The second of the bases looks like larger brick or stone pavers. The Leverite Crystals sculpt would be suitable for a terrain piece, as would the other sculpt, which features a large mushroom.
Ambush Alley Games is currently taking pre-orders for their Enduring Freedom expansion source book for Force on Force. The first 100 people who pre-order Enduring Freedom will reportedly receive a free 20mm Elhiem Coalition sniper figure sculpted specifically for the release.
The Rusted Heroes web site published a preview of their upcoming RHM2010 miniature, The Black Knight. The Black Knight is allied with the Dragon Knights, and was sculpted by Tom Mason. The Black Knight miniature will be supplied with both a warspear and broad sword.
Images of the green figure are posted on the site as well as a work-in-progress painting of a Black Knight miniature.
The Wargames Factory has published a preview of its Shock Trooper Heavy Weapons miniatures. They’re asking for feedback on the designs, as long as it’s specific and constructive
Wargames Factory is also offering an inventory reduction sale on their War of Spanish Succession miniatures through May 17, 2011. The WSS box sets are being sold at $9.95 per box with no minimum order (you pay shipping). This is approximately 50% off and makes each miniature cost approximately 28 cents.
The Emperor’s Choice Games and Miniatures Corp. is having a "metal" sale on all in-house made miniatures (Arduin – fantasy line miniatures). These will be on sale at 50% off until they post a notice otherwise on their site. To get the discount, put the word "meta" in the discount manager during checkout. See their site for more details.
Chapterhouse Studios, which specializes in custom sculpts and bits for Warhammer 40,000 and fantasy games, has released its first full metal miniature – Doomseer Iyanar-Duanna. The piece, pictured here, will be sold for $13.50 and is in 28mm scale with a 25mm base. Each one will come with a sword arm, spear arm, spell casting arm, and pointing arm.
The Baccus 6mm web site announced the release of more Napoleonic Russians miniatures. Set NRU30 features several mounted generals. NRU16 features limber and team. Hussars wearing kiwers and the Pavlovski Grenadiers as well. See their web site for more information.
According to the Aerodrome web site, Aerodrome 2.0 will be shown at Gen Con for the first time this year. Aerodrome is a World War 2 aerial combat game which is simple, easy to learn, and fun to play. Players use wooden cockpit control panels to determine their maneuvers and telescoping poles to simulate altitude for their miniature aircraft.
Grenadier Productions has posted information about several new wargames miniatures products for April 2011, including Chile Generals, Chile Infantry, Royalist Generals, Cavalry, and some variants of these.
Steve Jackson Games’ site posted an image of a new Ogre Mk. V 3D counter compared to the older 2D counters used in older editions of the game. The preview is intended to show the differences between the components of the newer edition versus the older one. They say they’re still aiming for a 2011 release. In the meantime, you may want to check out John Fleisher’s Ogre Miniatures Blog. He’s done some great stuff with the miniatures and terrain.

ConQuest Miniatures announced that their new releases are now in stock. All of the Regulars (British and French) as well as the Zindians are available to order. The restock of the Last of the Mohicans pack isn’t available yet, but should be available in 2-3 weeks. The "This Very Ground" rulebook from Ivan Games is also back in stock.
