Victoria Complete is a historical strategy/simulation game for Windows and Macintosh, originally released in 2008.  It features historical and dynamic missions that guide your country through history.  It includes an advanced technology tree that covers the entire period.

A global map features more than 2800 provinces, and the military system is linked with the player’s policy decisions.  Up to 32 players can take part in the online multiplayer version.
