Jolly Roger Releases “Surf’s Up, Dude!
Jolly Roger Games has released “Surf’s Up, Dude!” a game for 3-7 players ages 11 and up to play in 40-60 minutes. Players compete to have their surfers catch the biggest waves and ride them all the way to the back, dodging other surfers and sharks.

and Armageddon is right around the corner. (Actually, it begins
tonight!) Since it may be a while before you can get to the store,
today would be a good time to gather as many supplies as possible.
After all, tommorow might be the beginning of a long, cold, (nuclear)
winter!

Reiner Knizia’s Zombiegeddon is a fast-paced,
perfect-information, strategy game. Each player spends the first half
of the game rushing around the board collecting supplies and trying to
stop your pesky neighbors from taking stuff that is rightfully yours.
(At least as far as you are concerned!)
The second half of the
game is spent trying to survive. Sure their is some good stuff around,
but it certainly isn’t plentiful and let’s face it, everyone is still
trying to take it before you do! (Whoever has the most stuff at the end
of the game wins!)
Zombiegeddon is a game for two to four players, ages 12 and up.

Upper Deck Launches Dinosaur King TCG
The Upper Deck web site has announced the release of a new trading card game, Dinosaur King. Dinosaur King is described as an easy-to-learn game, available in both a 40-card starter set and nine-card booster packs. Upper Deck has reportedly sent free demonstration kits to select stores across the country. The link above can help you find a store near you. The card game is based on the Dinosaur King television series airing on Saturday mornings in TheCW4Kids block on The CW Television Network. Players collect their favorite dinosaurs and command them in battle.

According to a post on the Catalyst Game Labs Battlecorps web site, they have just released the Strategic Operations PDF. Strategic Operations is the fourth core rulebook beyond the Introductory Box Set. Beyond the standard rules, a set of advanced rules exists, allowing players to expand their games in any direction they desire. Strategic Operations stages up play from the planet to the entire solar system. Linked scenarios and Maintenance, Salvage, Repair, and Customization Rules enable players to build any type of campaign they wish.
