Multiman Publishing Announces 3 New Wargames
From the Multiman Publishing web site comes the following new release information:
Karelia ’44 is the lastest Standard Combat Series game
focusing on the last major campaign of the Russo-Finnish Continuation War. 1
map, 1 countersheet, some new twists on game length, a lot of fun in the usual
SCS manner. Retail price is $42, preorder price is $31.50.Next up is Baltic
Gap, the next game in the Operational Combat Series line. This game
depicts the Soviet drive into Latvia, Estonia, and Lithuania during the summer
of 1944. Retail price is $70, preorder price is $52.50.Another OCS
title, Guderian’s Blitzkrieg II (reprint) is well known to
older OCS players as the game which mates to Case Blue and makes one
monster game. Of course it is playable stand-alone as well. Retail price is
$160, with a preorder price of $120.Last, but not least, ASL Action Pack #5. 12 more scenarios, 3 new maps, a

FFG’s Battlestar Galactica Board Game Previews
Fantasy Flight Games’ Battlestar Galactica board game seemed to get a TREMENDOUS amount of attention back at Gen Con Indy 2008. I failed to get a demo of the prototype they were playing with, but it looked good. There are three previews on FFG’s site now, along with rules and FAQ.
