Bezier Games made the following announcement on November 29, 2007:

Age of Steam Expansions: America/Europe, Barbados/St. Lucia, and Jamaica/Puerto Rico now available!
The maps have arrived and preorders are being sent out now. Additional orders are being accepted (they will follow shipment of the preorders). Individual maps are $30 for America/Europe (mounted), $20 for Barbados/St. Lucia, and $20 for Jamaica/Puerto Rico. All other Age of Steam expansions are $30 each. Shipping charges are explained on their web site.
