Today, I had the pleasure of discussing the upcoming board game "E.T.I." or "Estimated Time to Invasion" with a representative from Eye-Level Entertainment.

The premise of the game is that aliens are about to attack the Earth. Each player represents one of several large corporations working to develop defenses to protect Earth from the invaders. One of the players has a "secret identity" which is that of the aliens planning to attack the Earth. While all the other players are working to defend the Earth, this player is working against them.

Eartly reports from Origins and Gen Con are that ETI has been very well received by gamers. From what I gathered during my discussions with Eye-Level Entertainment, they may have another popular game on their hands (they also make Nature of the Beast, a non-collectible card game).
